Context :

As the Deputy Manager for Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent for the company. You will lead a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with functional managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage and lead the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team\'s success in meeting recruitment objectives.

2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract and hire the best candidates for various roles within the organization.

3. Work closely with functional managers and department heads to understand their talent needs, job requirements, and provide recruitment insights to create detailed job descriptions.

4. Oversee the sourcing process to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.

5. Track and attend job fairs across Tamil Nadu and ensure participation in the same to build a strong pipeline of talent.

6. Lead the candidate screening and selection process, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates\' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.

7. Conduct interviews for key positions and support the team in conducting interviews for critical roles to assess candidates\' competencies and suitability for the job.

8. Work on enhancing the company\'s employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience, engaging with potential candidates, and participating in recruitment events and initiatives.

9. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and identify areas for improvement.

10. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future requirements, ensuring a continuous flow of potential candidates.

Educational & Experience requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience (5-7 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry.

- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team.

- Key Personal Attributes:

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.

- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and an understanding of its unique talent requirements.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to use recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.

- A keen eye for talent, with the ability to identify potential candidates who align with the company\'s values and culture.
