Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- To achieve brand objectives using various paid & organic media formats on EC platforms.
- Set up & optimize paid promotions on EC portals to grow SKU visibility and business.
- Analyze and improve customer purchase journey on the platform for brand.
- Need to enhance the consumer experience on various E-commerce sites and enhance brand visibility.
- Consistently review, analyze campaigns & document them in reports.
- Strong knowledge of digital Media planning & buying, marketing & Fashion Trends and experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Monthly & Quarterly report creation for performance review including CPM and CPC.
- Learnings to be documented systematically - A/B tests, new creative performance and so on.
- Continuously evaluate marketing initiatives & take corrective measures to optimize output.
- Error-free, timely processing of platform-wise marketing invoices.
- Should have experience in Customer Relationship Management and Consumer Experience Management.
- Candidate has to be a team player as needs to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the business goals.
- A strong grip on negotiation skills, analytical mindset and organization skills.
- Database management & Assessing impact of changes on multiple aspects of business.
- Logical reasoning, Planning Skills & Work Prioritization of task.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have 4 to 8 years of experience in Digital Media planning, Competition benchmarking, E-Commerce marketing, Omni channel marketing, Social Media Marketing.
- Any Graduate, B.Tech/MBA with strong academics with 60% throughout is preferred.
