Deputy Manager, TA Marketing

This is a Regional University Relations and Employer Branding Partner role, early Talents and Employer Branding coordinator and in constant contact with the Talent Acquisition HUB Lead and Global Employer Branding Manager in Global Business Operations based out of Pune, India.
You will be partnering with the business and HR leaders to provide technical expertise and solutions to current and future challenges, including Employer Branding and you will drive energizing initiatives across India, attracting the best candidates in line with Global and business strategies.
Your Tasks:

• Deploying the Employer Value Proposition and key topics primarily for Early Talents in India - in line with the global guidelines and customize them to the local market across all existing activities, communication materials/channels.

• Branding materials and digital platforms are on brand and regular social media campaigns and posts are performed to attract suitable candidates for the business in India – building cases to get business support where necessary.

• Building solid networks with Universities, Students’ associations and subject specific networks in India (i.e. engineering associations, female students’ networks, etc.) identifying their success factors and positioning ZF as the employer of choice for the annual campus hiring drive.

• Marketing, coordinating and contributing to manage the existing ZF Graduate trainee program. This includes continuous contacts with the business stakeholders, the other HR colleagues, and the participants. Contributing to the review of the process to make it more efficient.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business/HR/Communications related fields.

• 9-14 years of experience in Employer Branding and University Relations in an international organization

• Experience with branding and communications, ideally developing marketing and social media campaigns and plans.

• Good knowledge of the India campus recruitment environment.

• End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects
