Qualification

• Graduate preferably from International Trading College.

• Data Entry Management.
• Excellent organizing abilities end reporting
• Administrative writing skills.
• Extensive experience with advanced spreadsheet program such a Advanced Excel

• Maintaining database by inputting invoice data.
• Update managers and marketing team by consolidating, analyzing and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Provides product, and pricing information by clarifying customer request selecting appropriate information, forwarding information
• answering questions.
• Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding, sales tracking reports.
• Maintains customers database by inputting customer profile and updates, preparing and distributing monthly reports.
• Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, developing, presentation formals and materials
• Track sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
• Coordination between customers and marketing team for their respective requirement
• Assisting marketing team members in buy and sell/trading transactions.
• Filling of records/documents, preparing documents for contracts.
• Coordination with CHAS/ Freight forwarders.
• Handling and inspection of shipments at site.
• Preparation of expert documentations and other wore related to import and export shipment.
• Scheduling meetings with prospective clients.
• Making itinerary and assisting the foreign delegates in business trip.
