Urgent Requirement for AM/Deputy Manager - Sales for Hyderabad / Bangalore location for MNC Please do not change subject line while replying Job Title: AM/Deputy Manager - Sales Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Status: Full-Time Job Summary 1. Responsible for supporting Company Sales and meeting targets largely from new clients and from any existing accounts, if assigned to him. 2. Is responsible for Account Management of customers, getting new business, contract renewals, and expansion activities including: managing assigned market segment / geographical territory accounts. 3. Will work in collaboration with other Departments across the organization, including Product Development, Technology, Finance and Operations Teams 4. Will report in to Senior Manager - Sales and prepare the business planning and forecasting and responsible for expanding the business by adding new clients. 5. Aggressively identify and pursue opportunities in Product Authentication, Serialization and Track and Trace in Company & other industries like FMCG, Auto Spare Parts, Electrical Accessories, Agri Business, etc to expand the business 6. Support Company expansion to new products and industries, as per the growth strategy. Drive identification of key opportunities and follow through to capitalize on those. Desired Experience: 1. Experience in marking and coding industry / packaging & development and/or consumer goods companies, involving management of key customer accounts for the Industries mentioned above . 2. Strong experience in Pharma industry / industries selling to Pharma companies (for Hyderabad / Bengaluru) 3. Experience in selling software solutions to Pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. 4. Highly motivated and intelligent individual with expert interpersonal and oral/written communication skills willing to make his career in Product Authentication services. 5. Able to operate independently and flexibly in a start-up environment which is both demanding and multicultural. 6. Available for frequent travel (80% of time, depending on location and scope of responsibilities). 7. Exposure to Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG industries (e.g.; marketing, sales, security, brand management, packaging, quality assurance, corporate social responsibility, etc.). Qualifications: 1. At least 3-7 years of related sales experience in marking and coding industry / packaging & development and/or consumer goods companies, involving management of key customer accounts. 2. Candidate should be BE/B.Tech and MBA or Any Graduate. 3. Written and oral fluency in English required 4. Candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to drive responsibility with minimal supervision 5. Ability to handle pressure and work in challenging, ambiguous environment at times 6.
