Assistant / Deputy Manager - Sales - B2C / B2B Solar EcoSoch Solar (www.ecosoch.com) - We focus on bringing customized rooftop solar solutions using advanced technology for the Apartments, Residential, Commercial & Industrial spaces in South India- Build and manage a strong sales funnel, systematically capturing opportunities at each stage (lead to revenue) and driving conversions.- Generate leads and nurture them towards covering to orders. - Follow up on entire sales processes for the assigned leads.- Build business by organizing sales visits for leads and maintain relationships with clients.- Achieve sales target in specified customer segments. - Technically explain the solutions (specifically solar systems) to potential customers. - Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.- Be passionate about selling with value and growing profits.- Understand competition and present company's solutions effectively to customers.- Complete involvement in developing effective customer proposals in support with other teams.- Travel in the region (Bangalore / Karnataka) - more than 50% of the times - will be required- Working knowledge of sales pipelines (CRM) tools would be preferred.Qualification :- Bachelors/master's degree in Engineering or business management.- 2-6 years' sales experience in residential / commercial / industrial segments.- Experience in Solar / Renewable / Electrical Energy systems will be preferred.- Have good Interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communications skills; team player.
