Title: Deputy Manager - Social Media and Copy Experience: 3-5 years Compensation: upto INR 16 LPA (based on experience) Expected Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Opportunity Type: Hybrid, Onsite Location: Bangalore About the brand: One of Asia\'s leading merchant commerce platforms. The brand\'s unique cloud- based platform enables them to offer a wide range of payment acceptance and merchant commerce solutions. The platform offers issuing, processing and distributing digital gift cards for corporate customers. The customer base includes prominent large, mid-sized and small merchants across India, South East Asia and the Middle East. The company is incorporated in Singapore with Sequoia India, Actis Capital, Temasek, PayPal, Sofina and Mastercard as key investors. About the role : As a Deputy Manager - Social Media and Copy, you will be part of the creative team and will be responsible for plural things with a singular mindset - to build a strong and exciting brand with a consistent tone-of-voice across all touchpoints (Social Media / Website / Employer branding). You should have a strong hold on writing for Social Media, and be comfortable with Social analytics in order to measure performance for everything, at scale. Job Responsibilities : Build the brand and do it in style. Understand the brand personality, tone of voice, Target Audience - and bring home fresh ideation on different ways the brand can be manifested outwards. Create content in the brand tone of voice and ensure that the personality is consistent across all touchpoints. Ideate on digital campaigns to drive awareness & love for brand. Drive forward social media strategy and keep a tab on the performance metrics. Develop social media content with the objectives of driving brand awareness and engagement, ensuring representation of brand as a strong Fintech platform driving commerce. Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams to plan social media campaigns, videos and content. Handle end-to-end execution of our social media content across all relevant platforms. This includes but is not limited to covering all our sub brands and products, and ensuring effective representation for the offerings on Social Media. Research and stay up to date with latest social media trends that can be used to build and grow social media metrics. Continuously keep abreast of the competition landscape and apply learnings to grow the brand\'s social media presence. Have a good sense of social media metrics, posting management and a keen eye for social listening using leading tools in the market. If you lack one of these three but find yourselves with a keen willingness to learn - you should send your resume in. Lead execution towards multiple touchpoints when it comes to content creation for the brand - including but not limited to Photography, Videography, Web Design, Digital Marketing, Merchandise and Events. Good to have Good understanding of Social Media KPIs & numbers. Flexible and agile to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Excellent knowledge in handling social media tools. Must be able to navigate data with Excel/PowerPoint skills. Copywriter with 2-3 years of experience in advertising agencies including minimum 1 year of experience handling social media for a consumer brand, preferably e- commerce. Seasoned in creating content independently and in guiding in-house design teams and external agency partners. Things you should be comfortable with: Travel: Since this role involves representation of all our sub brands, you might pick up projects that require you to travel within and outside the country, all expenses paid ofcourse. If you are agile, open to working with the laptop in your lap at an airport and can manage schedule well, you have the big plus. Working from office: As of now, they work out of their Koramangala office, 3 days a week. The office is a stone throw away from Bob\'s bar and many other eateries.
