Designation: -Deputy General Manager - Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities : 15+ years relevant experience in Manufacturing Plant Operations and Administration, preferably in the Chemicals Industry.
Good exposure / knowledge of manufacturing processes & practices, and maintenance procedures
- Supervise and motivate multi-Functional Production & Maintenance Teams ensuring streamlined workflow and achievement of production targets
- Hands-on ability to de-bottleneck technical / operational problems
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, Production Planning & Inventory Management (RM/PM/FG)
- Develop a collaborative approach with other stake-holders in Marketing & Technology Divisions
