Demand Campaign Manager Role Job Location: Hyderabad MediaMint has several openings mid to senior level for our Demand Ad Operations business division at our Hyderabad office. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns, meeting performance goals, exceeding client expectations, tracking projects. A robust comprehension of digital ad operations, compliance, performance standards, and proficiency with a diverse range of ad technology platforms and verification tools is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should possess experience in end-to-end campaign management across multiple platforms, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns. This position comes with a base salary along with a bonus and provides excellent prospects for career advancement within the online advertising vertical. Responsibilities: Experience in end-to-end campaign management includes trafficking, optimization and reporting is required. This includes programmatic display media, video, mobile & Native campaigns. An ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, and is a self-starter who is excited to work in a rapidly changing industry. The candidate has experience with one or more DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, & Amobee. Responsible for overseeing campaign pacing and performance of campaigns. Proactively communicating with Account managers and providing timely updates on campaign status. Leverage first-party and third-party data for targeting and insights. Skill Sets Required: Minimum 5 Years of experience in campaign management experience and hands-on knowledge of top ad networks is a must. Proficient in multiple DSPs and extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape. Should have experience with MediaMath and be able to manage high-budget (1M) campaigns. DV360 and Other relevant certifications are a plus. Excellent communication and writing skills - working across the team, within the wider agency, and with clients and media owners. A strong analytical mindset on Reporting and hands-on experience in Excel is preferred.
