Job Description


Thena is a pre-seed startup that is redefining the customer experience for businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Manager to join our team in India. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, with a strong background in SEO, contact management, lead scoring and routing, campaign management, ads, and backlinks. In this role, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue growth.

Role:

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, and display ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for conversion rates and ROI.
  • Manage SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage contact lists and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Develop lead scoring and routing strategies to improve lead quality and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Develop backlinking strategies to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in demand generation and apply them to our campaigns.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, with a strong background in SEO, contact management, lead scoring and routing, campaign management, ads, and backlinks.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies is a plus.
