Summary:
Reporting into the Global Customer Success Ops team, the Gainsight Campaign Manager will be responsible for campaign messages to be sent from our Gainsight tool. Focusing on our Self-Serve customers as a priority, this person will work with the team to identify and create a calendar of communications to be sent to customers to help them get the most value out of our product platform. This will include emails and in-app notifications that aid customers with training, adoption tips, cross sell and upsell initiatives, product updates and so much more. The setup and logic creation will be handled by the Gainsight admin team, with the direction of the Gainsight Campaign manager on target audience, content etc.

The Gainsight Campaign Manager will report into the Director of Customer Experience as well as interact with the marketing, product, sales and wider customer success organizations to ensure the right messages are reaching our customers at the right times. You will need to be fluent in Gainsight and analyze data insights, to identify trends, so that we can continue to iterate, improve our campaigns and create the greatest impact for as many of our customers as possible.

Responsibilities:
Manage our communications calendar for Gainsight campaigns
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure transparency of plans and approach
Analyze data to identify usage trends
Create email content and work with wider team to identify supporting content that needs to be created, such as educational videos and product documentation

Qualifications and skills:
Bachelors degree, MBA, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
6 years of experience in a content creation and/or communication role in a SaaS-based company
Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight tools
Work autonomously, making decisions and think independently
Be highly skilled at program management
Experience with cross-functional collaboration
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Education: MBA/ PGDMr r r r r r r Any Graduate
