The responsibilities include ensuring quality standards for raw milk testing, overseeing cheese processing and packaging, calibrating testing equipment, resolving production issues, monitoring the quality and safety of materials and finished goods, conducting product quality checks, documenting production processes, performing GMP audits, and ensuring adherence to product manufacturing specifications provided by the company. Your Responsibilities As Dairy Technologist Ensure conducting raw milk testing as per the quality standards and processes with minimum variation. Ensure accurate monitoring of cheese processing, packaging, storage of finished goods and its adherence to processing parameters and Finished Product Quality standards. Ensure proper calibration of Testing equipment and instruments. Resolve routine production issues in consultation with the production head. Monitoring the Quality and Food Safety of raw materials, Packaging materials and finished goods. Product quality check of Raw Material (RM) / In Process (IP)/ and Finished Goods (FG). Documentation of production process. Carrying out GMP audits periodically and monitoring product quality at the entire food chain till dispatch. Ensure adherence to the specifications of product manufacturing given by the company. Experience amp; Pedigree: B Tech in Dairy Technology or equivalent
