JOB DESCRIPTION PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
Greetings from Lactalis India , Currently we are looking out for Dairy Technologist who will be joining us in one of our manufacturing plants in kattukudalur which is located very near to Chennai .
Key Result Areas / Job Responsibilities

• Production data collection through SAP on daily basis and cross check with BOM & prepare DAILY MIS reports.
• Product input and output variants on product wise every day
• Preparing tanker report for daily basis
• Daily process order monitoring in SAP & cross verification
• Production related all data taken trough SAP and repair for management report
• Packing material cost and raw material cost analysis
• MMPO required document preparation and submit to production manager.
• Raw materials & packing materials wastages controlling (Through BOM with actual consumption).
• SFG & FG moving average price monitoring

• Experience : 2-3

• Technical Skills : SCADA
