Job Summary: We are seeking three male candidates to join our lab grown diamond growing lab as Process Supervisors. The primary responsibility of the position will be to monitor and maintain the lab-grown diamond manufacturing process, ensuring that it runs efficiently and accurately. The successful candidates will be required to maintain and check the readings of the equipment, ensuring that the manufacturing process runs smoothly and safely. The ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills and have a keen eye for quality. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the manufacturing process to ensure optimal production levels.
• Check the readings and equipment for accuracy and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.
• Keep track of any changes in the process and communicate them to the team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Record and report on the production levels and any issues encountered during the process.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that the production targets are met.
• Ensure that all lab safety protocols are followed.
• Troubleshoot any problems that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Attend training sessions and maintain up-to-date knowledge on the manufacturing process.
• Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Chemistry or Material Science will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and find solutions in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of lab safety protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required

Working Hours

• Morning shift: 7am to 3pm
• Day shift: 3pm to 11pm
• Night shift: 11pm to 7am

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
