Process Overview*

Global Operations is responsible for delivering integrated operations solutions for Bank of America businesses across the globe. Global Payment and Banking Operations are part of the Global Operations team.

Global Payment Operations delivers on global wire transfers, ACH payments, payment investigation services, payment fraud analytics and the Global sanctions screening on transactions for multiple business products.

Global Banking Operations provide end-to-end fulfillment(onboarding), servicing(maintenance) and operations of all Treasury, Trade and Credit solutions for global corporate, commercial, and business banking clients

  • The associate will report to a Process Supervisor
  • Understand, interpret, and implement the Standard Operating Procedures for the specific team/process
  • Deliver on individual targets and contribute towards team metrics
  • Work effectively in a team and collaborate with onshore & offshore teams
  • Provide resolution to the status requests and queries from internal / external teams
  • Seek to advance knowledge and improve skills
Requirements \xe2\x80\x93
  • Graduate (in any discipline)
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Experience range \xe2\x80\x93 Freshers
  • Open to work in Rotational shifts 24x7
