About this opportunity

Customer Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for providing detailed and deep technical knowledge in Ericsson Service product portfolio while responding to the RFXs and supporting presales activities from Customer Support perspective. Candidate should be self-driven and provide compelling / competitive solutions to win business for the respective products or services areas. Support the assigned Market Area RFX tasks in generating profitable business for Ericsson by working closely with the Core3 team.

What you will do

  • To prepare responses for Customer Support RFXs
  • Strong Competence in Ericsson service product portfolio , new technology areas and products
  • Assist Market Area/Customer Unit teams in Customer support contract renewal
  • Proactively support the Market Area with highly relevant offerings and value arguments.
  • Work closely with Support & Rollout presales team in Market Areas to develop and build Customer Support solutions
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and information sharing
  • Effective communication towards internal/external stakeholders
  • Driving innovation, automation and contribute in global service assets

You will bring

  • Academic degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications
  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience of Presales and delivering –Customer Support & Network Services
  • Work Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore
  • Proven multi-cultural relationship management experience
  • Proven negotiation experience
  • Outstanding knowledge of several of Ericsson’s offerings w.r.t Customer Support and Network Service area’s
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Performance driven & result oriented with very good interpersonal skills and taking absolute ownership of the work done with full responsibility.
  • Flexible and responsive to change
  • Believe in share and grow by actively contributing to knowledge sharing sessions to create a positive and continuous learning culture
  • Good analytical, consultative and presentation skills
  • Ability to derive insights on market evolution
