Job Description

• Answer all customer calls to the agreed Company standards
• Ensure that service levels & abandoned call percentage are met as per the agreed KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator)
• Booking customer services and work assign to the team members.
• Make effective communications both inbound and outbound to communicate Company products, services / offers & maintain Company standards in communicating
• Promote up-selling/cross-selling

Requirements:

• Education: 10 + 2, Any graduate/ PG
• Minimum 1 Year Experience
• Immediate Joiners are preferred. Must have a 15 day or less notice period.
• Hybrid Mode: Both Work from home or office available.
• Working days: 5 Days a week with rotational off.
• Night Shifts only (US Shift): Rotational Shifts

• From 6 PM to 3 AM, with 1 hour break

• From 12 AM to 9 AM, with 1 hour break

• Candidate should have personal laptop/desktop and wifi (broadband)

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Action oriented, self-disciplined and organized
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards
• Excellent documentation skills & typing skills
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while booking services
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
• Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events

Salary

• 15,000 INR to 25,000 INR per month
• Internet Allowance
