Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for an experienced Finance Head for its Business Controlling in India. • We are currently looking for Order Management -Billing associate to join our international order management in one of the Divisions.
• The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for Billing activities.
• Processing invoices in the system based on the input from customers.
• Controlling circulation of documents, verifying their correctness and monitoring successful billing completion.
• Actively proposing process optimizations.
• Close cooperation with various internal departments (around the world).
• GS: Act as a stakeholder/Siemens representative when communicating with customer.

We don't need superheroes, just super minds

• A university degree, preferably B.Com, BBM, BBA or MBA.
• Around 1 year of experience in O2C preferably Billing (gained preferably in the technical sector, SSC/BPO).
• Knowledge of ERP software (preferably SAP)
• Candidate should be based out of Bengaluru
• Candidate should be ready to work in night shift (6.30 pm to 3.30 am)
• Willingness to work for extended hours on weekdays/ weekends during month end / quarter end close
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Open-mindedness and constructive attitude to performed tasks.
