Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assisting with order processing, including handling customer returns and exchanges.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in our database.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of customer support documentation.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and compiling feedback for analysis.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
