Position Overview: As a Customer Support Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. You will work closely with our experienced customer support team to resolve inquiries, provide information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: -Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner. -Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. -Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. -Provide feedback to improve our products and services based on customer insights. -Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
