Roles and responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Shortlist restaurants in a specific area and conduct online research on cuisine, services, online ordering, booking systems, and competitor platforms. \xc2\xb7 Directly call potential customers to sell products and services, including Order System, Booking System, SMS Marketing, and Google Reservation. \xc2\xb7 Guide resellers and restaurant owners through installations over phone or video calls. \xc2\xb7 Monitor ERP system for pending orders and failed payments, informing restaurant owners and resolving issues. \xc2\xb7 Quickly arrange appointments with restaurant management for resellers. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with end customers about order-related matters such as cancellations and payment issues. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with resellers and restaurant owners to claim access to their Google My Business account \xc2\xb7 No of working days per week: 6 \xc2\xb7 No of working hours per day: 8 \xc2\xb7 Off days per week: 2 (any two days between Sunday-Thursday). \xc2\xb7 All employees are expected to work in rotational shifts.
