Job Description
This position involves Non-Voice process in which one has to provide knowledgeable answers to customers through live chats, e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand.
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of

- Previous experience in working for international clients and E Commerce background
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
