Job Description

- Customer Success Executive The candidate will be responsible to manage calls from clients regarding inquiries, complaints and also to provide general information. Establishing relationship with the clients of the company. Ensuring that the needs of the clients are met so that they are satisfied and leads to increase in the profit of the organization. Attending meetings with clients or interacting with them via telephone or written communication. Advising the higher management about the client needs. Taking enquiry details from client accurately. Team player with the ability to work in a fast- paced environment Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients. Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information Develop a lasting relationship with the clients. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Maximize sales and profitability while dealing with clients. Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers Ensure timely delivery of service to customers Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution Update operations and sales related data in Excel or Google Docs. Creation of projects in internal CRM Mediate client and operations/development team to ensure smooth documentation transaction and workflow Work proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.Desired Candidate Profile 2 years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department. Excellent English and Tamil language proficiency is mandatory Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable Knowledge in Indian company registration , financial domain (like accounting, ITR filing, government licensing, etc.) is an added advantage Capable of handling customer queries. Take ownership of customer issues Good uptake and proactive attitude are expected.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?228,000.00 - ?252,000.00 per yearBenefits:
