This role will require great communication and multi-tasking skills, along with interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a senior customer success executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support for our software products. You will adhere to & ensure that our standard level of service is maintained for each customer assigned to you. Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills are mandatory with a proven track record of successful customer service skills.


What you will be doing:
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention (L1 & L2).
  • Planning & scheduling activities like training & deployment of software releases along with the client.
  • Understanding our products to gain excellent product knowledge for customer support.
  • Understanding & adhering to product policies & processes.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with clients and providing feedback to the Product Team.
  • Preparing documents & presentation requirements from clients and conducting impact analysis.
  • Contribute to product knowledge by writing articles and recording training videos

You\'d be the ideal fit if you have:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years working in a B2B IT enterprise environment
    B2B customer handling experience is preferred
    Experience in using ticketing tools
    Superior client-handling skills, and competence in handling difficult situations with tact and discernment
    Aptitude to understand technical questions and provide answers to client queries
    The appetite to gain knowledge and adapt to dynamic requirements
    Excellent communication skills including email writing etiquette
    Knowledge of documenting requirements in well-structured formats
    Skills to maintain data privacy and diplomatic relationships
    Available to join immediately OR less than one month notice period
