About the roleWe are looking for an Customer Success Executive to join our team.Experience: Fresher or internship experienceEducation: Graduation (any stream)Language: English and HindiThe primary roles and responsibilities for this role are : -

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Process orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate across the teams as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
