Role Description:



1. The primary job of Customer success executive is to call sericulture farmers, explain them about company and products and convince them to purchase the products / packages from our app.

2. Follow up of the generated leads and close it

3. Sales of crop insurance, agri inputs from calling to farmers

4. Complete the given targets


Candidate Preference:


11. Candidate from Sericulture / agriculture background will be preferable with Tele sales experience of Insurance, agri input products
22. He should have experience in Inbound, outbound, voice process in Tele-sales.
33. Should have good knowledge of product selling, Customer resolution and issues.
44. While selling the product give the proper knowledge of uses of the products
55. Minimum 1 year experience in Tele-sales
66. Looking for immediate joiner
77.English, Kannada speaking candidates
