(there is a one year contract ..if performance well it will be given for permanent customer service -import ...we have need only experience in freight forwarder & shipping) Provide exceptional customer service to clients involved in import transactions. - Manage and facilitate the import process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Communicate with international clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on shipments. - Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, production, and sales to streamline the import process. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements. - Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. - Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to customers. - Collaborate with customs authorities and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of goods. - Handle and resolve customer complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Stay informed about changes in import laws, tariffs, and trade agreements Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,165.62 - \xe2\x82\xb933,442.43 per month Schedule:
