Job Summary The Regional Service Executive position will be based in Chennai and will be supporting South region (Tamilnadu/Karnataka). Here is a glimpse of what you\'ll do Administer and SupportASPs (Authorized Service Partner) in this region Here is some of what you\'ll need (required) Technical Degree / Diploma computer/electronics/communication engineering is must Minimum (7-8) years of experience of handling, managing and appointing Service Partner across South India region. Must have understanding of service network, able to identify and resolve ASPs Able to achieve KPIs as per SLAs Should be able to work in complex situations, able to handle the same Here are a few of our preferred experiences Should have experience in handling multiple service outlets (mobile) Ensuring ASP (Authorized Service Partner) training and enhance their technical skill level Providing technical training to regional ASP Demonstrating new product to ASP Technical Audit Basics in Excel (Data validation, VLOOKUP/Pivot/text to column etc.) LP17 Job Category Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.
