Customer Support Representative (Remote)
Full time, Bangalore In this role, you will be the representative responsible for researching concern, identifying and documenting root cause, determining proper resolution and communicating directly with customers or Operations regarding the concern. As a Customer Support Representative, you will
- Professionally and quickly respond to inquiries and develop a positive working relationship with Customers, Operations and Vendors
- Demonstrate empathy in customer interactions to diffuse emotion during adversity
- Inform Customer, Operations and Vendors when to expect follow-up response and communicate within the promised time frame
- Follow department standards in all communications
- Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to research and determine root cause
- Research, resolve and respond to customer and logs service issues within specified time period
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a corporate travel office in past 3 years
- Proficiency in specified airline reservations system
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of ARC & BSP rules and regulations
- Displays a positive customer service attitude
- Knowledge in GDS Sabre
- Good command of English
