NO CHAT PROCESS and NO BACK OFFICE
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer\'s needs
- Completely Voice Profile
- At least 1 - 3 years\' of relevant work experience in International Voice
- Graduate Freshers or Undergraduate freshers are welcome
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Excellent communication in English
- No Gap for more than 3 months
- Need to have all documents from previous company.
