Job Description
Looking for CSA for Healthcare Company in Kandivali East
Req: Min Graduate Freshers or HSC with atleast 1 yr Intl BPO Experience.
Excellent Command on English language is must.
Salary range: 17k to 28k
Shift: 5.30pm to 2.30am - Fixed Weekend off
Transport Boundary: Bhayander to Bandra
Extended to Sion, Mahim, Matunga, Chembur

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
