Job Description

  • CSE is responsible for responding to buyer queries and issues via emails.
  • CSE is responsible for handling logistic queries and issues via emails.
  • CSE is responsible for taking buyer, seller, and logistic calls.
  • CSE is responsible for making outbound calls in case of follow-ups with buyers, sellers, and logistics.
  • CSE is responsible for converting inquiry calls to sales.
  • CSE is responsible for communicating with external coordinators (TX Warehouse) to resolve the cases.
  • CSE is responsible for taking Website Chats.
