As a Tele caller , you are responsible to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers , resolving customer queries.

To assist customers with queries via Emails and deal with multiple customers at the same time.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.
Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills.
Fluency in Bengali and Hindi language
