  • We are looking for experienced female staff with 1 to 3Y of minimum experience in customer service.
Address the customer issue and resolve it in a timely manner.
  • Should be fluent in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multitask is an added advantage.
  • Escalate the unresolved issues to the concerned department.
  • Experience in Telecom-Call, Chat, and mail. (idea, Vi, Airtel) is highly preferred.
