Position Purpose: Ensure all Academian Learning service needs are gathered, processed, and resolved expeditiously per required service levels. Interact directly with customers, sales reps, warehouse personnel, and other internal departments, as well as outside vendors, to quickly resolve customer issues. Responsible for processing and auditing high volumes of orders. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Enter and process customer orders, including samples, supplemental, core, 3PL, PD, pilot, and RFP. 2. Evaluate PO requests and work with Customer Service Leads for support when entering orders. 3. Review and prioritize order entry based on delivery dates and transit times. 4. Update status of orders, quotes, or samples in Case Management system. 5. Provide Customers/Reps with tracking information and file paperwork. 6. Process Quotes within 24 hours of receipt 7. Audit orders processed by other Order Processing Representatives on a daily basis. 8. Communicate as needed with customers via email and phone. 9. Develop a full understanding of new and existing product lines. 10. Develop working knowledge and familiarity with the Hub, Sales Support site. 11. Build relationships and provide shipping details to sales reps. 12. Collaborate with 3rd party providers, vendors, and/or dealers involved in our operations to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. 13. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements/Desired Skills: 1. Minimum education: Graduation Degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong Customer Service skills with experience in an office setting. 3. One to three years in customer service with excellent oral and written communication skills. 4. Experience in an ERP and/or Case Management system preferred. 5. Strong time-management skills. 6. Detail-oriented with highly accurate data entry skills. Excellent analytical skills. 7. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. 8. Outstanding interpersonal skills; polite and customer service oriented. 9. Must be able to work in an energetic, fast-paced, and sometimes stressful environment, and have the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. 10. Experience in the education or publishing industry is a plus. 11. Comfortable learning about new technology and new software applications Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9300,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 per year Benefits:
