This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for handling customer queries through phone, email, and chats, ensuring customer satisfaction, and troubleshooting customer issues. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing daily reports on customer inquiries and concerns. Salary :Upto 4LPA Shift: Rotational shift/24*7 (Cab facility) Working days: 5 days working (Rotational off) Age limit :32 Relocation Bonus : 10K Allowance facility Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken English Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online support environment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Calm and patient temperament to handle irate customers and diffuse tense situations Good multitasking and time management skills to manage and prioritize concurrent tasks and responsibilities Familiarity with CRM and support software tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar Any degree or diploma in Business Management, Communications or related field Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb929,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb934,000.00 per month Benefits:
