We are hiring for Customer service representative !!! Location: Hebbal, Bangalore Language: Excellent English with Tamil/ Telugu/Malayalam/Marathi/Gujarati Any one regional language with English Experience: Min 2 years of experience 1 year in BPO and 8 months in Banking BPO ; Totally 1.8 yrs required Process: Voice process - Banking Qualification: Graduate mandatory Salary: 28000 Take home ; 33000 CTC 5 days working, 2 rotational week off Two rotational weekoff Shift timings: 8am to 8pm any 9 hrs rotational shift Note: We need immediate joiners Roles and Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues and provide appropriate solutions. Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer queries and concerns. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on customer issues and trends. Contribute to improving customer support processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and enhancement.
