Responsibilities? Responding to all tickets received through chats, emails & social media etc. based on the set targets? Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, providing possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued? Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and suggest improvement to team leaders? Document all ticket information according to standard operating procedures? Attend to special tasks assigned by team leader and Managers? Ensure self-punctuality, adherence of policies & procedures and discipline to the CentreKey Performance Indicators? Shrinkage? Quality?
