We are an ecommerce company and require a Customer Service Representative to handle customer calls and emails to address their queries regarding products and shipments.Experience: 1 to 4 yearsLanguages: English (spoken and written) and Hindi (spoken)Skills: Ability to use a PC - MS Word, Excel and emailCandidate should be able to handle queries on phone and respond if required on email to customer and internal teams to resolve any issues.Knowledge of ENGLISH is essential.The company is located in South Delhi.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per monthSchedule:
