Manage and Resolve Customer's Complaints6. Enter New Customer's Information into System7. Update Existing Customer's Information8. Process Orders, Forms and Applications9. Identify and Escalate Priority Issues10. Route Calls to Appropriate Resource11. Follow Up Customer's Calls Where Necessary12. Document All Call Information According To Standard Operating Procedures In The
