Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative in our International Voice Process, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support to our global clientele. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience during US business hours. Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and convey information effectively.
  • Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases and ensure swift resolutions.
  • Strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any discipline is required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to empathize, remain patient, and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work in the US shift (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM) and adhere to the 5-day work schedule.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
