Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative in our International Voice Process, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support to our global clientele. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience during US business hours. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team!. You will be responsible for :

• Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise Sales.
• Pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
• Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
• Handling inbound calls in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Candidate :

• You are a fresher or have experience within a Customer Service, Telesales or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the IT industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• Excellent English Communication
• Working Hours: 9 hrs shift
• Working Days: 6
• Salary will be dependent on English communication and relevant experience.
