• Graduate from any field / 3 years diploma

Experience:

• Fresher or Minimum 6 months from BPO or Customer Support (Preferred)

: We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. The candidate should have no MTI or RTI issue, grammatical, or pronunciation errors, and their voice and accent should be clear while speaking Hindi/English. The candidate should be a graduate from any field or a 3-year diploma holder. They can be a fresher or have a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO or customer support. Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries and complaints through calls and emails
• Providing excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and accurately
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues
• Maintaining customer records by updating information in the database
• Meeting targets and deadlines set by the management
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi

• Graduate from any field / 3 years diploma holder
• Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or customer support
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Cab facility with home pick and drop available within Bengaluru within 35km radius from Office
• One-time relocation bonus of INR 4000 for candidates relocating to Bengaluru and are eligible only if out of 100km radius from Bengaluru. To be paid after training as a one-time payment.
