Job Description







JOB SUMMARY
Responds to customer telephone and/or written inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, quotations, and complaints to include returns/credits, shortages and adjustments, expediting, and requests for literature. Evaluate and perform various tasks daily to ensure that customer needs are met. Contact other internal company departments such as production control and shipping/receiving to communicate requirements and expedites. This role is responsible for receiving customer inquiry and completing all associated data entry for placing the order in SAP. This role is a direct liaison with customers, internal sales personnel, and distribution.



PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a window to receive customer inquiry and orders from email, fax or other channels daily.
  • Provide efficient and quality answer to every kind of inquiry using system and working with cross-function.
  • Issue quotations to Channel partners & End customers based on proper pricing strategy applied to local business.
  • Validate the customer order key information: price/customer/product/qty/delivery address/Customer request date.
  • Contact with customer and sales to get all mandatory information if missing in customer PO.
  • Support to apply for customer master data if the order was from new customer.
  • Support to apply for new material code if the order was for new material.
  • Entry the order in SAP in proper and timely manner.
  • Send the order info to dedicated sales and inform GMO/planner to execute order.
  • Work with GMO/planner to get the order availability date and confirm to sales/Customer.
  • Closely follow up the order available status, update to sales/customer for any changes till the products delivery to customer
  • Coordinate with sales, finance or other function to release constrains or block of order fulfillment in timely manner
  • Filling contract/PO/approval email internal in properly way in shared folder, receiving internal or external audit.
  • Major participator to arrange backlog review, order intake summary, order status review and prepare daily track activity
  • Performs a lead role in maintaining customer satisfaction and relations.





KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Must have the ability to manage diverse volume of work and manage appropriate priorities which involve a high frequency of change.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Highly logical.
  • Self-starter
  • Strong computer skills including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes preferred. Ability to quickly develop proficiency in new programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly confidential. Must have high degree of integrity, discretion and judgment.
  • Polished professional communication skills and personal presentation.
  • Able to remain extremely professional, composed and competent in multi-task, rapid change environment.
  • Proven discretion with highly confidential information/documents.
  • Good written and spoken in English.
  • SAP ERP SD experience.





EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fulltime graduation in any discipline
  • 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years related experience
