Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls and emails.
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems Receiving Customer Purchase Order and cross checking them. Providing quotation to customers. Providing Delivery schedules to customers Job Type: Full-time Salary: From ?16,500.00 per month Benefits:
