Responsible to identify suitable service partners as per the requirements/location in line with the defined process, on-board the ASP and manage ASP operations. responding to customer service requests, ASP requests in a timely and efficient manner to support Territory operations. Here is a glimpse of what you will do: ASP (Authorized Service Partner) Appointments ASP Audits as per the defined process and report the facts and take CAPA Monitoring training Certification status of all the engineers, CCOs, Technical support team of ASPs, Direct team Capacity planning in line with the call load and ensuring right number or resources DWM ( Daily Work Management) of ASPs, Direct engineers Drive Customer KPIs & Flex internal KPIs Process & Parts audits Engineers daily productivty management Driving NPS/C-Sat Field accompanimnet with the field engineers Conducting process and product trainings for field engineers Daily review with ASPs, Flex team, Customers(Brand) Own the Territory Perfomance and lead from the front to connect with CFT to get things done Brand Satisfaction for the given territory and mind more locations, business for Flex Identify obnormalities and report back to the Manager for the CAPA Monitoring and measuring process compliance Here is some of what you will need (required): 3 years Diploma from Polytechnic College/Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Electronics & Communication / IT 2-3 years' in servicing laptops /Laser/MFD printers /Desk tops Experience in handling regional ASP operations. Good communication skills. Flexible to travel. Here are a few of our preferred experiences: Good Analytical skills.
