As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our global customer base during night shifts. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Should perform assigned tasks and complete targets with speed & accuracy. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well with team members. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or upset customers. \xc2\xb7 Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Good at Customer interaction and listening skills. \xc2\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills in English. \xc2\xb7 Should flexible enough to work night shift for 9:30 hours. \xc2\xb7 Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and procedures. Work Experience: 0-2 years Number of Position: 100 Salary: 18000/- to 25000/- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb914,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
