We are hiring for Customer Service Coordinator Location: \xe2\x80\x93 Mumbai \xe2\x80\x93 HO- Bhandup Industry: Relocations Salary : 3.50 to 4 Lacs Per Annum Education: Any Graduate Exp: Freshers or 1 or 2 yrs of exp Excellent communication skill \xe2\x80\x93 written & oral both Open to travel and be in field some times. Job Profile:
- Provide the highest standard of service and care to customers
- To ensure the company\xe2\x80\x99s management system is accurately updated
- To provide support in the administration of paperwork, financial and associated information as and when required.
- Study the enquiries in detail and make notes.
- Initiate customer contact & exchange, record vital information of the relocation movement.
- Schedule Survey in the system.
- Once the Jobs are received, process, verify and validate all the required documentations & process compliances.
- Schedule Operations activities in coordination with Operations Team.
- Verify documentation & validate the same.
- Support in Pre-Sales with market research and calls
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors to get prices
