In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:

  • Reach out to client's staff via email/SMS on evenings and weekends and ask them to cover uncovered shifts and reply to their responses, informing them if they have been confirmed for the shift
  • Ensure that, even after hours, shifts are being covered and the team correctly updated on what is and isn’t being covered
  • Monitor the required shifts for the day and the following days, checking for shifts that have no staff currently covering them
  • Monitor inbox for messages from staff indicating they are unable to attend and seek coverage where required

Bringing in the below experience:
  • 2+ years of customer support experience in a global organization
  • Experience of shift rostering / scheduling will be an added advantage
  • Graduation or Post Graduation from a reputed institute

Technically sound in:
  • MS Office suite of applications

Based at:
  • Mohali
