  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through voice, email, and chat
  • Follow communication procedures to resolve partner issues promptly
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions

  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints and queries
  • Take ownership of open cases and prioritize closing them
  • Meet service level agreements and requested deadlines

  • Provide high-quality support across different channels

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need
  • Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working on an international campaign in a contact centre environment
  • Fluency in English spoken and written language
  • Attention to detail
  • Availability to work shifts in rotational shifts
  • Clear credit and criminal records
